Note:  Each Skating Day will contain a “crossover” period of 10 minutes in which all skaters may be on the ice at the same time and must participate in the selected skill session.  Stroking, Dance or Spinning will be the focus each day and led by our Skate Canada Coaches or our High Test Gold Skaters.

There are some very real and valid concerns about safety.  The safety of our skaters is our number one priority, but we are aware of other clubs that have adopted this type of schedule and it seems to be working safely. If the coaches are experiencing problems with injuries and they feel that it is associated with the shared ice time then we will have to rethink this solution.

This schedule is subject to change if it is seen to not be working for our skaters or the coaches.

Thanks…Board of Directors, Bancroft Skating Club
